The merino wool/silk blend loop scarf maintains a healthy skin climate, prevents heat build-up and regulates temperature, warming the skin when it's cold and cooling it when it's hot. The scarf is GOTS certified, which means that they are produced according to the strictest ecological and social standards in Germany.
Made by Engel, this scarf is made from 100% organic merino wool, certified by the International Natural Textile Industry Association (IVN) and the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). This wool is finely crimped, non-itchy and feels soft and cozy on baby's sensitive skin. Merino sheep are raised organically, without the use of pesticides in the pastures or animals.

Care: Wash in the wool wash program or by hand. Please do not use the Delicate cycle! Select "Cold" or max. 30°C for the wool wash program. This keeps the wool fibers soft, elastic and moisture-absorbent. If you wash by hand, simply rinse the garment gently with lukewarm water. Avoid rubbing or twisting. It is very important to always use the same temperature.
Use a natural detergent specifically for wool (pH value < 7). Do not use fabric softener! We recommend a lanolin detergent for wool and silk.
Low spin speed (max. 400 rpm).
Do not wring the product, but only gently squeeze it with a towel to dry. Carefully pull it out to regain its shape. Dry the product on a towel - do not dry on a radiator or in a dryer.
