Engel wool is finely crimped, does not itch and feels soft and cozy on the sensitive baby skin. Merino sheep are raised organically, without the use of pesticides on either pastures or animals.
The best blend of organic merino wool and soft mulberry silk (70%/30%) brings the benefits of each fiber and ensures comfortable and long-lasting wearing comfort. The merino wool/silk blend baby body maintains a healthy skin climate, prevents heat build-up and regulates temperature - warms the skin when it's cold and cools it when it's hot. The long-sleeved baby body is GOTS certified, which means it's manufactured in Germany according to the strictest ecological and social standards.
Care: Clothing made from a wool/silk blend is naturally antibacterial and does not retain dirt or odors for a long time, but is renewed simply by airing, so you don't need to wash this garment often. Wool/silk should be washed by hand very gently in lukewarm water. Do not wring or rub, as this can cause it to pill. They can be machine washed at 30°C on a wool cycle. We strongly recommend using a suitable wool detergent that protects the fibres.
