The long-sleeved Engel baby body with snaps on the shoulders should be part of every baby's first clothes! It is very easy to put on and take off - convenient when time is precious. The baby body is made of 70% organic wool and 30% silk, so it is particularly suitable for sensitive baby skin. Wool regulates sweating and moisture, while maintaining warmth at the same time. Wool is highly breathable and at the same time has warming and cooling properties compared to cotton.
Engel wool is finely crimped, non-itchy and feels soft and cozy on baby's sensitive skin. Merino sheep are raised organically, without the use of pesticides in the pastures or animals.
The best blend of organic merino wool with soft mulberry silk (70%/30%) brings the benefits of each fiber and ensures comfortable and long-lasting wearing comfort. The merino wool/silk blend liner maintains a healthy skin climate, prevents heat build-up and regulates temperature, warming the skin when it's cold and cooling it when it's hot. The long-sleeved boduk is GOTS certified, which means it is produced in Germany according to the strictest ecological and social standards.
Care: Wool wash program or hand wash. Please do not use the delicate cycle! Select "Cold" or max. 30°C for the wool wash program. This keeps the wool fibers soft, elastic and moisture-absorbing. If you wash by hand, simply gently rinse the garment in lukewarm water. Avoid rubbing or twisting. It is very important to always use the same temperature.
Use a natural detergent specifically designed for wool (pH value < 7). Do not use fabric softener! We recommend a lanolin detergent for wool and silk.
Low spin speed (max. 400 rpm).
Do not dry the product, gently squeeze it with a towel to dry. Carefully pull it out to regain its shape. Dry the product on a towel - do not dry on a radiator or in a dryer.
