How do I measure my nipple for the best fit of a breast flange (or insert)?
Follow Lansinoh's simple instructions on how to measure your nipples to find the best liner size for you: Gently stimulate your nipple to make sure it is erect. Take a ruler or measuring tape and hold it vertically from the base of your nipple to the top of your nipple (excluding the areola). It is worth measuring each nipple as they can vary in size, so each side will need a different liner. Remember that nipple size can change during childbirth, breastfeeding, and weaning, so it's always a good idea to check your nipple sizes from time to time.
